Dean and Heidi Christofilos have been married for 25 years and have a wonderful son named Alex. They currently reside in Canterbury Lakes in Green Garden. Dean’s family has been in the home improving business for over 35 years. Dean has many years of experience buying and selling homes and properties including large residential parcels and luxury homes.

He is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor™, Real Estate Consultant and Luxury Home Specialist. Dean also is an Accredited Distressed Property Representative (ADPR) and has helped homeowners avoid foreclosure and successfully Short Sale their home. Dean’s educational background includes an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker and the highest designation of Managing Broker. He also has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a Marketing Major, and a Master of Arts Degree (MABS). Heidi is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Ministries and a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching.
